Our Founding Vision

Club Consult Africa was founded in 2012 on a revolutionary belief: that more is required of an athlete representative than simply providing assistance in negotiating contracts. We recognized that African talent deserved more comprehensive support to truly excel on the global stage.

Our founders—former professional footballers, experienced attorneys, and marketing experts—came together with a shared vision: to create an agency that would challenge conventional approaches to sports management and provide holistic career development for African athletes.

From our humble beginnings in Accra, Ghana, we have grown into a pan-African powerhouse with presence across three continents. Yet, our core philosophy remains unchanged: to deliver exceptional value through deep, meaningful relationships with our clients.

Yussif Alhassan Chibsah is a distinguished former professional footballer who represented Ghana at the highest international level. With over a decade of experience playing professionally in Ghana and internationally, he brings an insider's understanding of the football industry that few can match.

After hanging up his boots, Yussif channeled his passion for the game into creating Club Consult Africa in 2012. His vision was simple yet revolutionary: to create an agency that understood athletes from the inside out, combining professional expertise with genuine empathy for the athlete's journey.

Under his leadership, Club Consult Africa has grown from a local startup to an internationally recognized agency with presence across three continents.
